"If you don't recharge your batteries you won't have the energy to take care of everyone else in your life." These are words I say to clients all of the time. I sincerely believe them. Rather good advice in my humble opinion :) . That being said, it's been brought to my attention by some dear friends that it's time to follow that advice myself. I'm working on it. Nothing life threatening but it was definitely past time for some doctor appts and vampire (lab) work to be done. Found an integrative doctor that I really like. 1st appointment down and I must say, I feel better already. The hardest step is usually the first.
Take care of yourself~such good advice I think I'll follow it myself...
